Is it possible to ignore the caller name, and leave only the caller id for incoming calls from the trunk?

A trunk is set up with another office, they will transfer the call id and call name to us, the problem is that the call name on that side is in Russian, and some phones on our side do not understand Russian and hang up on incoming calls.
Can I somehow dismiss this call name?
