Is it possible to identify a VKontakte user by clicking on a link?

Good day, Lord. An idea popped up in my head. Please forgive me if I have misunderstood somewhere in the question.
There was such an idea: what if you post a link on your wall to a third-party resource. When you click on it through the Vkontakte API, we will recognize the page of the user who clicked on it. The link could be shortened and disguised as some well-known resource. As an example, we could publish an allegedly repost of the answer from ASK.FM (for the uninitiated: this is a social network), and put our phishing, natural message as a link, it will be on a non-existent domain.
These pandemoniums could be used to get a tempting opportunity to track guests on VK. Rummaging through your page, the user will definitely want to go to your "Ask page" in an attempt to dig up information on you.
So, I would like to hear the opinion of people who are dedicated to this topic. Does the VK toolkit allow such manipulations? Are such tricks allowed by the administration?
Describe your vision for this.
Thank you for your attention
ps in order to illustrate what was planned, I brought screenshots of random posts to a third-party resource

It used to be possible, now in order to identify the user, you need him to give permission for your application (which should collect data through api vk). Those. without attracting attention - in any way.

I don't think it's really possible to do that.
But you can still create this site (aks.me for example), which people will go to, and then get the userId

At the time of transition from one site to another, there is a 'referer' field in the request headers. https://ru.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_referer you can learn a lot from it.
