Is it possible to hire a site manager?

For example, he found a person who monitors the content of the site, promotes it, receives a share of the profits and salary. But the question arises, how to trust and so on.

Has anyone had such an experience?

It just turns out that I'm working on the site alone, well, I turn to freelancers from time to time and that's it! I don’t work on other projects anymore, with the exception of YouTube.

You do a short interview, and if the person is right for you, you give them access to the site (not the entire site, although it depends on their tasks).
It is advisable to conclude some kind of small contract (receipt) just in case.
