Is it possible to have multiple Chrome profiles under one account?

You need to have two Chrome profiles, you want to be able to sync, but you don't want to have two different accounts.
Details:
1. Profile of an ordinary user - bookmarks with ponies, a minimum of extensions for the speed of the browser.
2. Developer profile - bookmarks with articles, docks, admin panels, local and combat projects. The history of navigation is strictly for work. A bunch of extensions for comparing CSS, taking screenshots, working with Vue, etc. - in general, all the baggage that is unnecessary for profile 1.
It seems that there is a similar implementation, but there is something like parental control, which is not what you need . Perhaps there is something I don't know?
