Is it possible to hack ckeditor with plugins without nodejs?

I want to install ckeditor for the site, but it requires ckfinder to load images, which pulls more plugins. The editor itself connects without problems, but when plugins are added, it stops working. Links to plugin connections look like "@ckeditor/ckeditor5/..." , that is, not the usual path, but through @ckeditor, which, as I understand it, is registered in package.json, which is a nodejs file. I generally have a vague idea about nodejs, so maybe I don’t understand something. but these ways don't work for me.
In general, the question is, can I install this editor with plugins on a regular hosting, which hardly has the ability to run node.js ? and how do i fix the paths? The ckfinder documentation seems to indicate the possibility of working through php. If someone has a step-by-step instruction, or an accessible article on this topic, I will be very grateful.
