Is it possible to ground 2 devices to one socket / place?

2 PCs, on the UPS 1 socket for grounding.

Will the grounding work as it should without side effects if 2 cables are tied there?

Earth is common for all devices, so it doesn’t matter how exactly they are grounded, it’s more convenient to ground it.
