Is it possible to go to IT?

Brief history
Friends, good evening! There is one issue on the agenda, but first some background. I am 23 years old, I work as a lawyer (do not throw stones), this year I am finishing my master's program at not the last Moscow university in the same direction.
1.5 years of work as a lawyer is already behind me, but all the time I have a feeling that I am doing something wrong, it does not bring proper pleasure - to work as hard labor.
For the sake of interest, I decided to try to write code (hello pythontutor) and it was very exciting! An indescribable feeling when a set of characters in the form of a code works and you understand that you did it yourself.
I started watching educational videos on YouTube, reading articles, found Yandex courses - Yandex workshop for a web developer. Then the thought came to me: "if it brings, then should I go to IT?". Particularly web development.
Now I need your advice - a bearded (or not very IT specialist): is it possible to learn now and is it too late? Recommend something from specific courses, channels or books: what to learn where to start? motivation wagon, to know where to apply it and where to start.
And maybe someone heard about Yandex courses, is it worth spending money and time on it?
I will be glad for any answer and help in this difficult matter :)

An inexpressible feeling .... and you understand that you did it with your own hands.

You go to a construction site. You will have the same feeling ...) There, too, you can do something with your own hands and there are many such professions ...)
If it’s on business, it’s never too late for you to start. If you are conscious and can poke your finger on the mouse, then congratulations - you can already embark on this path! The main thing is that you like it. At one time I did not a bad project without knowing anything for half a year. The first time will be difficult and a lot of things are not clear. Here you need to be able to correctly ask questions in the search engine. If you know how to find answers through a search engine, this is a big plus. Since not everyone can immediately describe the problem or what you want to do.
There are many biases in programming. You can be engaged in Vertskaya, design, you can be a lawyer in programming, you can write code in php. I understand that you are interested.
If that's the case, then you need to review OOP PHP Week . All his lessons
Once you understand the basics, choose a framework from the list:
1. Symfony - for bearded guys and big projects
2. Laravel - for small projects
3. Yii2 - for a prototype and for starting newbies
I would start with Yii2. Why? Because there you can easily create in the shortest possible time not a bad site and functionality in a short time and with almost no knowledge. Understand it and move on. But I’ll tell you right away that this framework is heavily criticized. It is old for the current time. But quite popular with beginners. There are a lot of problems with SOLID and other things. But the main thing is that you will succeed. This will motivate you.
The same OOP author has lessons on this framework. They are long, but worth it. Speed up and let's go.
I must say right away that this is my vision of frameworks
