Is it possible to go freelancing with such a portfolio?

Hello! I made some free PSD mockups because I read that you can't do without it. In this regard, I have a couple of questions: is it possible to go to freelance exchanges with them? And how do you find clients? Maybe it's worth finding several orders and completing them for a rating? Also please point out my mistakes.
I know HTML, CSS, JS at a basic level, I invent simple jQuery bike plugins, I can type with flex. I use Gulp in conjunction with Sass, I type quite quickly. If the presented layouts seem to you to be made at a too low level, then I would like to know your opinion on where to dig and what to learn in order to avoid such mistakes in the future.
Here are the layouts:

Designed without visual bugs, sort of. I would easily give you layouts to typeset.
But only one "but" - you need to replace the content from fishy to pseudo-real. Because it is directly written there that these are templates and questions will definitely arise - is this your layout or did you just download ready-made skins and pass them off as your work. That is, well done for making it up, but rewrite the content and then it will definitely be enough to start.

No time to ask and wait for answers - go freelancing!
PS I would order a similar site for myself

Go of course, why ask permission. Make several projects almost for free, after completion, be sure to agree to leave a review - without a rating anywhere. The main thing is to choose adequate customers, and not to be ashamed to put the project in the portfolio. Well, gradually learn new things, learn from client projects, gain experience. As we wrote earlier, study js, without it, nowhere now. jQuery is worth learning either for general development or if you're going to be maintaining older sites, which is unlikely. Well, etc., I think a lot of similar questions have already been asked here, everything has already been written before me. The main thing is not to be upset if something does not work out, experience and skill will come with time, everyone started somewhere. Good luck)

Coder of norms. If you want something more, it is better to get a job in a company. It's just that layout is too simple and there is an assumption that with the current pace of development of frameworks, the concept of a layout designer will soon sink into oblivion.

The layout and styles are neat, I like it. I would also give you something to make up)
On the second site

html{
height: 100%;
}

It is quite possible to replace it with min-height and it will be better (everything works, but in the console you can see that the html is the height of the screen and the blocks crawl out of it down). Or is it due to something?
Replace the fish text and you should be fine.

Good layout. Looked at the first two on different displays. There are small flaws that are only visible to the full eye, but the customer usually does not notice this. A couple of the icons are pixelated and some are different sizes. When transferring from 16 * 9 to 4 * 3, the pyramid is especially visible. But, in general, very good. The layout is light and did not slow down when loading, i.e. the crutches are not visible, even if they are, they are well hidden. Well done overall.
About freelancing. Actually, fronteds are very often needed, unlike me-like ones (backend). Orders can be found relatively quickly.
Actually about the negotiations. I report my rake. Actually, at the initial stages, so far without prepayment and the like, but then only through it there are many very dishonest customers.
Write and show only on your hosting or send a photo if you understand that it’s generally tight (you can always copy the layout without problems).
When the customer starts to play up (either about the fee, or he doesn’t know what he wants), then feel free to leave if you feel that this is without consequences.
- there are a lot of pitfalls, you yourself will eventually rake, like all freelancers.
Then where to look. Try the same social networks, fl, kwork, moguza. These are more or less stable platforms where I myself receive orders from time to time.
There is an even better way - this is to unite with a freelancer group, that is, there is a manager, designer and programmer (s). So it is better and easier to receive orders. He himself was also in the group, only he lost all connections due to a stupid accident.

You can go freelancing even without a portfolio from scratch...

Good day. I am laying out the layout that you have already laid out " https://lofi4ever.github.io/mogo/ ". I can't figure out some of the items. Is it possible to somehow get the source code of the layout, or at least the source code of individual blocks??
