Is it possible to get user coordinates?

Good evening! I need to create a function to get coordinates when a user takes a picture of a place. Naturally, with his permission. Coordinates should be as accurate as possible with an error of up to 2-3 meters. Please tell me if this is possible? If yes, how approximately to do it?

I'm certainly not an expert, but it all depends on the hardware. I'm talking about GPS, etc. Yes, maybe I wrote stupidity.

You need 2 photographs of the same place with two different radial angles and with a distance between 2 photographing points of about 5 meters.
Then you will have visual and coordinate triangulation with some error in both cases (2nd errors).
We count each separately and reduce to the average total. Then, we correct in the opposite direction and get the exact coordinates. Then, we take the average radial and get the most accurate single position.
