Is it possible to get the necessary content that can be seen on the web page from the response received by the http script from the site?

I welcome everyone! Kindly help someone with advice, it means that I am not at all strong in web technologies, but there is an urgent need to automate the translation of some texts, they can tell me - use some kind of translator program, but everything is not so simple there complex phrases and you need to translate them selectively using regular expressions using a script, so here either manually or using a script, I want to use the Google translator for this - translate.google.ru in this way - the script reads the file, finds some combination, creates and sends an http request to the Google translator " https://translate.google.ru/#view=home&op=translat...maybe the translated words in the response text will be in the form of UTF codes or in some other form? Or is all this useless and the return translation is displayed on the screen with javascript and it won’t be so easy in http? Who can tell?
