Is it possible to get preference data from a metric on the fly?

Good day.
We all know that Yandex.Metrica allows you to make detailed reports that include user preferences.
Is it possible to somehow pull out this data on the fly?
(I'm sorry for being tactless, but I've never worked with their API, poking around in the docks will take longer than just asking).
