Is it possible to get on github?

Why does none of the project members ever respond or send requests?
I understand that joining a popular project like adempiere erp framework is simply unrealistic. YES and in general in any.
Although at the same time I have been working on php and Java for a long time.
I just didn't really deal with github and sourceforge. But did I understand correctly that only those who started it are really allowed into the project. And everyone on the left is extremely rare?

I don't understand what you mean by "let". Any registered GitHub contributor can fork a repository, fix the sources in their fork, and propose to make changes to the main one. If the author of the main framework considers them necessary (for example, they close some bug or add functionality that users have been asking for a long time), then they will accept it, otherwise they won’t. Still simple :-)

I send pull requests to any turnip for $5.
I will provide a link to the archive of any project for $10.
If so, write)
