Is it possible to get certificates from Let's encrypt without a domain?
Hello. Faced the following problem. Actually, you need to deploy a telegram bot. It requires SSL certificates. Self-renewing free certificates, as I understand it, can only be obtained from Let's encrypt.
In all manuals, at one of the stages, people enter the address of the domain. I don't want to buy a domain (there is only vps)
Is there any way I can get self-renewing SSL certificates without buying a domain?

take a free domain on freenom and attach it to your vps
bot, don't care what domain it will be.

A valid certificate without a domain will not work. Accordingly, you need to either take a domain from somewhere (I think that getting a free third level is not particularly difficult), or use a self-signed certificate (I'm not sure if this will work in the case of a telegram bot).
