Is it possible to get by with one account in Windows 10?

As a rule, it is not recommended to work / do daily business under an administrator account. At least that's how it used to be.
If the Local Administrator account created during the installation of Windows 10 belongs to both ordinary users and the Administrators group, is it possible to make it so that when launching an application that requires administrator rights, the password of the associated Microsoft account is requested so as not to create two accounts in the system records - user and administrator?

In Win10, you can set the notification level when prompted for Administrator rights, that is, you can set it to the highest level and it will ask for a password.
