Is it possible to get any data about the user when going to the site from browser bookmarks?
Greetings
I have long been interested in the answer to the question of obtaining information by search engines or other analytics services about clicks and navigation through browser bookmarks, but it is difficult to formulate it.
For example, let's take a clean Firefox and bookmarks added to it. If I am here now (on the Toaster), and then I click on the pinned tab of Wikipedia (Yandex or another site from bookmarks), is information about the actions taken by clicking on the browser tab transmitted in some way to third parties ?
I know:
- if the "analytics" counter code is installed on the site, then the user's actions on the site are saved, but if tracking is blocked with an extension like Ghostery or similar, then the download of the "analytics" script file is blocked.
- if any extension is installed, then the tracking code may already be built into it and, perhaps, no extension for blocking "bugs" will save in this case.
Illustrative example:
If you know something about this, please express your opinion.
PS I am
also interested in the answer to the question: if the application for blocking "bugs" (tracking codes) is installed, then I still wonder - when opening the page of the site, the "bug" code is requested in any case, this code / file tries to load from a third-party server and is blocked by the extension like Ghostery, but there is always a small but - if the "analytics" script is requested, then you can still get some data about the user upon request (IP, etc.). Explain please.

The browser policy does not allow receiving data from other tabs. Correction only for those tabs that belong to the same domain
