Is it possible to get a table of the movement of funds on the card?

I'm trying to make a website / program for myself in order to keep graphs of income and expenses.
I decided to take the data for all this directly from the payment system so that the data is not entered manually. And that's where I got stuck.
I considered two options:
- find information directly on the mastercard api ( https://developer.mastercard.com/apis)
- work directly with banks (I have three of them, and they are Ukrainian)
As a result of studying this issue, I did not find anything. But still, perhaps there is such a possibility?

Privatbank has an API https://link.privatbank.ua/console/wiki/p24_statements but it seems to be only for legal entities.
