Is it possible to get a "normal" ssl certificate for free?

All the best!
I have a non-commercial site that I want to transfer to https, since soon google chrome will mark all sites on http as unsafe.
By "normal" ssl certificate, I mean the one that browsers do not call unsafe, but simply open the site without any warnings (green lock
) everything worked, but when I tried to open my site - google chrome gave warnings that the certificate was not verified / not a secure connection ...

@mindtester

1 - give a link
2 - where did you open it? if on your computer - what kind of system do you have on your computer?
ps The trouble may be that the "root certificates" have not been updated in your system for a long time

Every single resource on your page (images, JS scripts) must be accessible via https.
Fix all links.

wildcard from Let's Encrypt is fine.
Instead of a domain name, I went by ip and got the error Your connection is not private ,
Now I went to the site by the domain name - and everything is ok
