Is it possible to make an application look the same on all systems (Windows XP) using VCL instead of fmx?

Put the Alpha Controls component on the VCL and get ready-made freaky skins, you can’t even compare with the XP manifest. But FMX is built on GDI +, so there are much more graphics chips than VCL.

Yes. The VCL supports styles and you can hard-code a style.
