Is it possible to do this, or is there no way to get old messages?

I was also puzzled by this question ... All I could do was forward the message by ID to the user in the chat, and then delete the forwarded message from the chat.
Not very nice... The message appears to the user for some time. If you often forward the message, then the user will get it))) IMHO.
