Is it possible to get a job as a Python Junior Developer at the age of 14?
I am 14 years old, I have been actively learning python for 2 years now. I somehow cope with the range of tasks for a junior programmer. From the portfolio I can say that I just participated in AutoNet14+ at ProFest2019. I am fluent in git and ssh. I can also do some machine learning. I'm a little afraid to get into freelancing, so I'm asking here, is it worth it? Or is it better to go to the middle already.

I don’t think that someone will take you to the company, the law interferes corny. And freelancing is a good topic, in 4 years you will fill your hand, and you will understand where to move on. The main thing is not to piss
As for me, "junior developer" sounds a little presumptuous in this case. Your skills are quite difficult to evaluate remotely and based on what you have written; but still, jun is from a year of work experience (solving real problems) and / or participation in open source projects and / or the presence of an equivalent portfolio.
Sit down and write a resume for a novice developer. Take references from google and their sample resumes as a sample. There should be a section with solved problems: what did you solve, how, what did it lead to and your role in it. Then compare this with the tasks that juniors in companies have to solve (you can find it on hh.ru, for example). Perhaps this will help you soberly assess your level.
About the levels of ownership of git and ssh (by the way, what did you mean here - knowledge of the network protocol or something else?), It is also not clear. What tasks have you solved or are able to solve with these tools?
It's the same with Python... A language is just a tool, just a tool like, say, a file or a hammer. The language itself is not that important. What is important is a bunch of other fundamental things, like algorithms, data structures, systems and networks, design, mathematical background, and so on. Besides that, just knowing the language is too low-level for modern development: there are still a bunch of all sorts of frameworks and other tools.
I will not comment on the item with ML :)
The law of the Russian Federation allows the official employment of citizens from the age of 14, on a part-time basis. Therefore, there is no problem from the point of view of the law.
Demand: I recently listened to a podcast two for the price of one (one of the latest episodes) where a schoolboy talked about his work in Tinkoff and somewhere else, in the direction of AI, so there is also a demand for specialists of different ages and levels.
I don't think there are any significant restrictions.
