Is it possible to get a copy of a zone through intermediate DNS (BIND)?

There are several divisions geographically remote. Between them there is a VPN channel. The DNS server (DNS2) of the remote division loads copies of the DNS server (DNS1) zones of the main division (everything is fine here). But there was a need to deploy another DNS server (DNS3) in a remote subdivision, and due to some "technical and political" points, it will not be possible to request copies of zones from the main DNS server (DNS1) in the next two months. So here's the question! DNS2 at the branch office has all copies of the primary DNS1 zones, can I get DNS1 zone copies on DNS3 through DNS2?
