Is it possible to forward Windows 7 from a physical partition to KVM on Debian?

There are two partitions on the disk, one is Windows 7, the other is Debian. Is there a way to run Win 7 on KVM

VBoxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk -filename /path/to/file.vmdk -rawdisk /dev/sda

Then in debian you create a new virtual machine, specify the used hdd created by vmdk.
rawdisk specify yours; if you specify the entire disk - then in case of accidental launch of the same debian from which you are working - catch a system crash
