We form an HTML letter, send it to one organization, and it sends our letter to its user base. Is it possible to insert a code in HTML that will show which addresses our letter went to?

It is possible to track through the picture on the server (in the letter, the picture src of which points to http://traking-site.ru/?id=00000001), if the user uploads pictures when opening the letter, the site will give the picture and count the user. But this is not a 100% method and is as ancient as mammoth shit, they actively fought with it and most likely overcame it.

And how do you imagine that?
Anything can be inserted. How does your code firstly recognize the soap it was sent to and secondly, how will it report it?
