Is it possible to find a wp mentor?

There is a basic knowledge of the integration of layout in wordpress.
Implementation of the simplest blog , landing.
I don’t use child themes, I’m interested in creating from 0. The
question is: is it possible to find, here or on freelance, a person who is well versed in wp, but is ready to give a one-page layout and stretch to a beginner for free?!
I just need advice, maybe a little hint on how to do it right.

I am sincerely sure that WP is not a topic worth studying
. WP projects are a priori shit-coded (like WP itself), and accordingly: a
) not interesting
b) without a budget current reality is true for 99% of technologies. But if you want growth (both professional and career) - then WP is wasted time, and even bad habits.
