Is it possible to find a remote job for junior iOS developer?

Is it possible to find a remote job for junior iOS developer? I looked at a lot of ads on the same HH.ru for the position of junior iOS developer - and there were quite a few of them, incl. and those where the possibility of remote work is offered, as well as those where it is not available, but relocation from other places to work in the office is offered. In this regard, I want to ask a few very important questions for me:

1. How difficult is it to get a remote job for a novice iOS developer in a Junior position? Get a remote job, at least for the very first time, with a subsequent move and work in the office for a company?

2. Are the same ads, a considerable number of which I found on HH, real, genuine, valid? Those. those ads where employers or companies are really looking for a beginner junior iOS developer, with the ability to work remotely?

3. Separately, I would like to inquire about the possibility of relocation from regions and rather remote places, where someone who wants to start working as a novice specialist, lives to the offices of companies, but without remote work. Relocation from another ios junior location that fits and meets the requirements from the ad - could this also be possible?

Hello.
No one has yet found a job with any answers to any questions. Send resumes, respond to vacancies, call, write, present yourself, while pumping your knowledge/skills at the same time. It's all.
If you doubt that it is possible to find a remote job for a junior iOS developer, don't look. If you decide to look - then do not hesitate.
You are welcome.

1. How hard is it to get a remote job for a budding iOS developer in a junior position? Get a remote job, at least for the very first time, with a subsequent move and work in the office for a company?

If you have the qualifications for this position, it's easy. If higher - even easier. If lower - very unlikely due to high competition.
2. Are the same ads, a considerable number of which I found on HH, real, genuine, valid? Those. those ads where employers or companies are really looking for a junior level iOS developer with the ability to work remotely?

Nobody knows until you call the ad and find out. It is unlikely that someone will now undertake to examine all the ads on HH to find out if they offer work or are taken prisoner and sold into slavery.
You need to understand that more or less stable companies often have a list of vacancies on the website of these companies, so it is recommended to look for such vacancies.
And on aggregators like HH, there will usually be less stable and well-known companies, and vacancies may be outdated, since closed vacancies are not always cleaned up after a person is hired.
Therefore, in order not to be smart with percentages, always put 50% or yes or no.
3. Separately, I would like to inquire about the possibility of relocation from regions and rather remote places, where someone who wants to start working as a novice specialist, lives to the offices of companies, but without remote work. Relocation from another ios junior location that fits and meets the requirements from the ad - could this also be possible?

Relocation within the country is not the most difficult thing, but even this can usually be offered by a company with an office, not a basement. Therefore, for relocation, you can, of course, look and sort through HH, but it will be more reliable to find the top 50 companies and search for a list of vacancies on their official websites.
All advice about getting into a decent company should naturally be multiplied by your qualification coefficient - almost everything depends on it.

As soon as you reach the level of Junior Developer you will immediately find a job, but to check if you have reached this level, you need to pass interviews in the company.

1. Finding a job is difficult, but possible. As mentioned above, a lot depends on qualifications. And also, as my experience shows, people in search of work are often too lazy to throw a resume when I offer to see if they are suitable for the projects that I am currently working on, it’s definitely difficult to find a job. If you send out your resume, someone will definitely invite you for an interview. You can also send it to me, there are contacts in the profile. According to statistics, one company out of 10 responds.
2. Vacancies cost money and, in principle, are usually real. As a hiring person, I’ll say that sometimes there are candidates to whom you can’t immediately say yes or no (like it’s going to go without a fish), for certain vacancies there is such an influx of candidates that you physically can’t answer everyone, up to the classic joke “we don’t need losers ". There are stupid HR who do not know how to use HH and cannot even look at the resume of the responding candidate. Again, try.
3. Despite the high competition, finding the right person can be very difficult. Especially in large companies, where the salary range is lower than the Moscow market. Such companies are ready to take a candidate from the region and bring him. It is important to understand here that budgets in different companies are built differently, and the budget for hiring (which includes money for relocation) is often not connected in any way with the budget for payroll (from which you are paid a salary), but in order to urgently close a vacancy (for which HR will receive a bonus often equal to a couple of your salaries, which is paid from the third budget) can spend a lot of money to bring an inexpensive specialist, although you can easily find a stronger programmer on the spot for the total budget.
