I understand computers, from programming languages ​​I know so far only C #. Is it possible to find a suitable job in the specialty in Nizhny Novgorod or other large cities? Можно найти работу даже с 9-ю классами (возраст, кстати, большее препятствие, чем образование - многие не хотят трудоустраивать несовершеннолетних), все зависит от ваших скиллов.
Если вы написали js библиотеку, которая используется в миллионе проектов (просто как пример) - адекватным работодателям будет плевать на наличие/отсутствие корочки.
