Is it possible to exclude url part from deep linking?

Greetings. I have an application with deep linking and opens many subdomains. But there is one nuance: in one of my subdomains there is completely different content than in the application. And now, when I click on my new site, the system tries to open it in my application, and it is in webview. I would like to get around this somehow. Is there a way to exclude some links from deep linking?
