Is it possible to enable intellisense in JS libs in Visual Studio?

Tell me, is there no intellisense for the connected JS libraries in Visual Studio? That is, I downloaded signalr, attached it to _Layout. Further, I go to another view and want to use the objects of this lib, but there are no objects in intellisense.
