Is it possible to emulate Edge in Webbrowser?

Hello. I have two questions about Webbrowser:
1) Is it possible to emulate Edge instead of the latest version of IE? If yes, how to do it?
2) I came across information that a new version of the webbrowser component was released, but for some reason I can’t find it anywhere. Does she really exist? I currently have VS 2015.

No, webbrowser is a wrapper around the ie com component. Alternatively, use selenium.
