There is an idea to write an application for controlling a smartphone via WiFi, but since I was a noob, I wanted to ask if it is possible to do this.
I want to intercept the coordinates of the mouse from the PC and transfer it to the phone, and on the phone already emulate the cursor and change the coordinates.

Is it possible to write this and what to use for this?

Already rotated this. For example, TeamViewer QuickSupport and similar applications. So, in general, the idea is not new. But you can make your own decision, not like the previous ones.
