Is it possible to emulate a card with an NFC tag using a phone?

Good afternoon. There is a phone with NFC support, there is a pass with an NFC chip. You must save the label on the phone and use the phone instead of the badge if necessary. Is this even possible?
UPD: NFC chip on the MIFARE Classic card. Nexus 6 phone, but it doesn't seem to support MIFARE Classic tags.

In general, it is possible to emulate an NFC card.
But the possibility of using the phone as a pass depends on how the access control system works.

If this is NFC, and not, for example, Proximity, then technically it is possible. Because this is a pass, then I suspect there is a Mifare Ultralight. Although, not necessarily.
The desired UID, of course, can be reproduced, but keys are still needed. There are two ways:
1 . Take the keys from the administrator of the access control system. In fact, there will not even be an emulation of an existing pass, but the generation of a new one, but recorded not on plastic, but in the memory of a smartphone
2 . To study the issue with the implementation of a specific ACS individually. The chances of a successful hack are not zero, but not enough for practical application
