Is it possible to embed an Arduino in this circuit?

This is a motor driver. + 12V goes to the motor and through the stabilizer to output 2 of the controller, to control the speed. I need to control the speed programmatically through the Arduino, how can I connect to the second input of the Arduino nano?

If the microcircuit understands the PWM, then to any PWM output of the Arduino, if it does not understand, then either through the ADC or spi-resistor
