Is it possible to donate apps on Google Play?

Unfortunately, the Google app store does not provide this option by default. Is it possible to give applications using some kind of crutches?
And if you are a developer and want to donate your epp? Can you generate promo codes?

We have the same problem.
There are options with promo codes inside the free app. But with paid ones it doesn’t work like that. You can't get them from Google Play until you buy them.
It is possible to build an APK with a specific code and without licensing on Google Play. But then there is a danger that this application will spread on the Internet.
