Is it possible to do ALTER on PG10?

Google break did not find an answer to the question, how to run ALTER on a postgresql10 logical replica? on 9k using the infernal DDL command, it turned out,
SELECT pglogical.replicate_ddl_command('ALTER TABLE public.stats ADD Phone CHARACTER VARYING(20)',replication_sets:=ARRAY['insert_update']);
on 10ke somehow differently? For this command, of course, no longer works.
If anyone has a clear example of a working team - please write. Or write if it's not possible.

@melkij

For this command, of course, no longer works.

Why "of course"?
pglogical hasn't gone anywhere. As it was a third-party module , it remained so. A release with support for PG11 has also already been.
And logical replication which regular in pg10 - DDL does not process. This is again the responsibility of the administrator accompanying the system to correctly enter DDL.
