Is it possible to do a bulk insert with many to many relationships?

In short, the EAV structure, there are products, attributes, values, and a table that links it all.
Is it possible to do a bulk insert in YII?
I pick up goods via API, parse them, how can I insert them in bulk \ if the goods exist, then just update? There are a lot of goods, I would like to do it for the minimum number of queries in the database.
If YII does not support this (I did not find it in the documentation), can I somehow implement it with raw queries?
