Is it possible to display specific houses on the map (web)?

I want to display a map with visible, specific houses that I have specified.
Placing labels on top of the map is not suitable. You can highlight/select polygons of houses.
Neither Yandex nor Google give such an opportunity.
In the 2gis mobile application, if you click on the house, it is completely highlighted in red. The api allows you to return a house polygon in wkt format.
I also look in the direction of openstreetmap, they can download a map of the entire city in various formats, including xml.
I didn’t get further, maybe someone did something similar? Or any ideas?
