Is it possible to deploy android development in docker?

I am engaged in back-end development, where you can’t even live a second without a docker. in my free time, I want to deploy an android environment and write hello wolrd at least in java. There is no Android smartphone.
Is it possible to raise an android emulator next to the docker?
(I read somewhere that this is not possible, some KVMs interfere, I don’t understand much)

In general, it doesn’t matter, the emulator lives in its own process, and it doesn’t care what stands next to it.
