Is it possible to decrypt a message knowing only the last characters?

There is an original message that we encrypt with some algorithm and get a ciphertext. The question is - is it possible to find out the secret keys and decrypt the encrypted message, knowing only it, the public keys and the last few characters of the original? I understand that most depends on the encryption algorithm. But let's say - what happens to RSA?

This attack is possible only on home-grown non-crypto-resistant algorithms like crafts on XOR) And RSA is the most complex algorithm of the 21st century, so there can’t even be a thought about it.
