Is it possible to create such a bot on Dialogflow?
Hey!
I have a small store on Instagram.
There was an idea to create a chat bot that would take customer orders, since I have a rather monotonous sales script and about 70% of users follow it well.
There is a nuance: the user should not understand that a bot is communicating with him.
My clients will not communicate with the bot, I can guarantee that.
I have to solve the following problems:
1. Constant tracking of the entire history of messages: if a client asks the same question that he asked an hour (or a day) ago, you need to send him a modified answer, and not an exact copy of the previous answer.
2. Related to the first one: clients do not always respond instantly, sometimes they respond a day or two after the first message, so the bot should be able to instantly analyze the message history when receiving a new message, understand at what stage the client is and continue (restore) its handling sales script.
So far, these are the main implementation problems that I have seen.
I think there will be more with time.
A few years ago, I sawed in the team of one international chat-bot office on Dialogflow, so I have some experience.
Can you please tell me if the described system can be implemented using Dialogflow?
Perhaps you know a better service?

It may well be that in Russian it won’t pull and you need something more advanced, while it’s unclear how much its scale will correlate with “a small store on Instagram”. Americans write that they communicate tolerably, but they like to speak enthusiastically about everything that is not completely garbage.
