Is it possible to create buttons using other buttons?

It became very interesting and would like to know. Is it possible already in the telegram itself using the buttons in the bot to add and remove buttons in the bot without touching the bot code itself. Let's say I made a button and when I click on it, I can add or remove another button to a specific command?
I tried to formulate and explain it at least somehow. I am just learning how to create bots, so it became interesting whether it is possible to make such functionality for a bot.

Most likely you use some library to work with your bot and most likely when you create buttons, you put them in some collection and send them along with the message
Write a function that returns you the desired collection with buttons, add parameters, for example, the number of buttons , which needs to be returned, etc. and call it when you click on any button :) It's simple
