Is it possible to create an online game using blockchain?

I will briefly describe the idea itself.
Minerals are the main currency in the game. She is limited. It turns out by mining and completing tasks (tasks are also limited for everyone). When the players have received 90% of the minerals, the countdown will begin and after a while the game will close forever.
The player can transfer minerals to another player or buy things with them. The player can transfer things.
All transactions of minerals and things are recorded in the blockchain.
Each player always gives a small percentage of power to mining, and always has a chance to get minerals for it. Also, he can increase this percentage of power output and increase the chance of obtaining minerals (but will not be able to play during this).
Is it possible to do this?

To paraphrase, you want to make an online game without servers. A very interesting idea. Mining, of course, is complete garbage, but the very fact of the existence of some kind of Warcraft without servers is very attractive.
