Is it possible to create an adequate online store on wix?

Hello.
I have a question. Maybe someone in the know, is it possible to create an adequate online store on wix?
I don’t consider UMI, I didn’t find any really working online stores on their website, just templates. Yes, and those curves, even the fonts are terrible.
By adequate, I mean the presence of a basket with the ability to pay with our visa cards and all sorts of "kiwi".
And so that the site can be optimized, for example, for Yandex Direct.
The budget is very limited, so there is no desire to invest heavily.
I understand that such a site cannot then be transferred to your hosting and become independent. This I am willing to endure.
The type of online store is planned like this ugift.com.ua
Not a 100% copy, but so that everything is also neat.
Please give an assessment of my "Wishlist" and indicate whether it is real at all?
If nevertheless it turns out that it is not real, then the following. I have basic knowledge of html/css. The budget is a maximum of 20 thousand. I will draw the design of the site itself. Is it possible in this case to meet the 20 thousand and get something like that site from the example at the output.
Thank you!

The site that you indicated contains non-standard functionality, so whatever CMS you choose, you still have to finish it to fit your needs. For me, it’s better to create such a site from scratch right away. If we talk about the standard solutions that you indicated, then I can advise netcat. This CMS is not cheap so you have to invest.
Axiom: serious goals are not implemented on constructors. Forget about wix and the like.

If you're on a tight budget, consider ECWID.
Not sure if it'll meet your needs, but it's worth a look.
2 years ago they had an inconvenient payment system, but I solved it by connecting QiwiShop (I didn’t even need documents).

Why is no one talking about Wordpress + Woocommerce? I think it's a great solution, free and convenient. I made several shops on this technology.

I'll put in my 5 kopecks for the WIX supply. So I thought this designer was pretty good. But a lot of clients came to me with a request to transfer their site from there. They invested a lot of money in advertising, paid "helpers" for creation, and in the end there were no customers, so I decided to test it on a working site. Here is a complete review on the constructor, with all its pros and cons: site2max.ru/sozdat-sayt-na-wix
And this is an example of a working site: site2max.ru/rabotayushhiy-sayt-na-wix-nash-otchet

For me, the topic of promoting an online store is also very interesting. I want to open my own online store

You can make an adequate store on Wix, but how can you promote it later? This often causes problems later on. When I chose a template for an online store on https://www.templatemonster.com/ru/ , the Wix was thrown away immediately. They made an excellent product on Joomla, functional and high quality. I also have a promotional code left for any templates from the site m6qvxsbfqyo969av44x94wsr0 So maybe someone will come in handy))
