Is it possible to create a webhook when the Business Process "Vacation Application" is activated?

There is a task to send a notification to Telegram when a vacation request is created through the Business Process.
In the outgoing webhook section, I did not find such an event.
Perhaps someone has already implemented something similar, share your experience)

Everything is quite simple:
- Write a bot in a telegram, subscribe HR to it
- When creating an application for a vacation, hang up a BP, it sends to your bot.

Я использую Metaslider.
Во free версии много настроек, всякий фич. Для простого слайдера - за глаза хватает.
