Is it possible to create a program to check the validity of a bitcoin wallet seed?

It became interesting to make a program that will check the entered seed phrase. I only know python, but I couldn't figure it out. I don’t know the sites where you can enter the seed and go to the wallet, but I tried all the programs.
I would be grateful if you throw in python libraries that can help make the program.
