Background: there are two young VK groups, on the publication of posts in which I spend about 15-20 minutes (for planning posts for 1 day). An example of one group: themed wallpapers, I upload high-resolution pictures as a photo and a document, I write the size in the message, after looking at it in the properties of the uploaded image, and after an empty line I write the necessary hashtags, as this is a key moment in the self-promotion of the group. For some, you have to write two or four hashtags, which is very tiring. Also, the timer that is used in VK is somehow not optimized for time zones, and automatically sets + 3 hours from the last selected time, you have to manually change it, which is also depressing.
Need a program
The concept of the program:
1. Uses, as far as I understand, the Share function.
2.1 I select a picture and it loads both as a document and as a photo.
2.2 Automatically reads the size of the picture and write it as the first line in messages, adding a second empty line.
3. After that, the program reads the name of the picture, and if it contains any word (*any-word*), add the necessary hashtags depending on the word.
4.1 Adds a VK timer (well, or at least allowed you to manually add a timer for publication).

in general, for someone who has already worked with VK api, it will take a maximum of 2 days to implement such functionality, if you work a couple of hours in the evening. And for the price, I think no more than 5k, and even with a minimum gui.
