Hello!
I want to create a regional bot - a news aggregator on telegrams. But I want the functionality to be wider than just broadcasting news via rss, namely
1) parsing the news for the presence of keywords, if any, so that the hashtag is set accordingly.
2) once a day there was an automatic review of 5 news per day.
3) once a week it was possible to manually compile a review of the main news.
4) search for news by date
5) search for news by keywords
