I faced a peculiar task, I need to create a bot that will analyze all chats and block numbers in which there are statements of the same type.
I’m a man, frankly, still very green in such cases, so a number of questions are of interest:
Is it possible to implement this bot at all?
If implementation is possible, in what direction should we move? What language to use? Are there ready libraries for this question?
