Is it possible to create a local network bypassing provider points?
Hello.
I live in the city of Krasnoyarsk, almost every provider broadcasts traffic through Novosibirsk points.
The route itself looks like this:
Smartphone > Novosibirsk > VPN > Novosibirsk > Server
Is it possible to bypass the duplicated traffic through Novosibirsk?

I don’t know where you found such providers :) As far as I remember, just in Krasnoyarsk I came across a very interesting solution - all city providers agreed and began to use RFC1918 addresses as white ones :) Well, that is, to pass intracity traffic to each other from these addresses :)
We had a branch there with internal addressing within RFC1918, but outside the router cut them nafig.
Talk to the provider, although of course he can send it - we had a Yurik (I eventually pressed the provider, the traffic began - especially for us - to go as it should :) )
