Is it possible to create a free2play game with Unity?

There is an idea for free2play games for smartphones. Is it possible to create this in the Unity engine?

free2play or other business model - it doesn't matter. If you have knowledge in C #, then Unity will suit you.

Of course not. F2P games are made exclusively on UE4!
