Is it possible to create a domain on the githubpage other than the name of the repository?

I would like to add an educational project to the site. I think it's worth creating a new account for the project. Since in my opinion earlier it was a prerequisite that the repository name matched the domain name.

emnip, it's impossible from github ones. done on purpose, Schaub could not be mowed for other users.
but you can add your own domain.
